Steven Polzen is an expert in transportation policy. Polzin is a research professor whose interests cover a broad spectrum of transportation policy analysis. His current research focuses on the changes in travel behavior and consequences of COVID-19 on travel. He is a member of the TOMNET University Transportation Center at ASU. He previously served as the senior advisor to the Assistant Secretary for Research and Technology at the U.S. Department of Transportation. He has conducted research for clients at all levels of government and in the private sector. He has extensive experience with public and private decision makers, public and private stakeholders, the media, and students.

Dr. Stephen Arthur LeMay has a deep background in Transportation and Logistics and has authored two books, a textbook and a research book, on logistics and transportation topics. LeMay, a Professor, has examined supply chain design, truck driver job satisfaction, supply chain security, computer literacy among undergraduate business students, and other topics in logistics and marketing. Refereed publications carrying his findings include Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review, Journal of Business Logistics, International Journal of Commerce and Management, Journal of Supply Chain Management, Journal of Transportation Management, and Information Systems Education Journal. LeMay鈥檚 Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee included a dissertation on, "The Design, Organization and Methods of Strategic Information Systems: A Study of the Motor Carrier Industry.鈥 He has examined the motor carrier industry from many angles, such as how motorists perceive trucks on the highway and why truckers quit driving. His work covers a broad range of topics on human resources in logistics and supply chains, marketing and personal selling, and customer orientation.

Vitaly Brazhkin is an Assistant Professor with a Ph. D. in Supply Chain Management from the University of Arkansas. He teaches a variety of courses in logistics and other disciplines. His research interests are in education, warehousing, and transportation. His peer-reviewed research has been published in Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, Journal of Business Logistics, Transportation Journal, Decision Sciences Journal of Innovative Education and others. He has presented his research at national and international conferences held by Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Decision Sciences Institute and other organizations. His current research focuses on the efficient use of lift trucks in warehouses and the effectiveness of assessment tools in experiential learning. Brazhkin has extensive industry experience, particularly in international trade, transportation, and warehousing. Prior to working in academia, he held manager鈥檚 and director鈥檚 level positions with major U.S., French and German companies in the areas of sales management and supply chain management.

Devika Kannan is currently a Deputy Director of Centre for Sustainable Operations and Supply Chain Resilience at the University of Adelaide.
She has been recognized as a Highly Cited Researcher in ‘Engineering’ for three years (2019, 2021, and 2022) by Thomson-Reuters/Clarivate Analytics.
She has published more than 85 international journal articles (with 15500+ citations and an h-index of 50) in leading journals such as Nature, European Journal of Operational Research, Omega, Journal of Environmental Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, Computers & Industrial Engineering, Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review, International Journal of Production Economics and International Journal of Production Research.
Many of her papers were selected as the ESI top 1% highly cited papers or 0.1% hot papers and highlighted as the Key Scientific Articles contributing to the excellence in Engineering and Environmental research.
She is an Editorial Board Member of several international journals.
Her research interests include supply chain management, sustainable and circular supply chain, sustainable and circular procurement, circular economy, circular entrepreneurship and procurement 4.0.
