Jeff Black, a professor of Wildlife at Humboldt State University in Northern California, is available to discuss issues related to the Singapore otters.
Passionate about conservation and understanding otters, Black is behind the River Otter Citizen Science Project. He also recently led the North Coast Otters Art project, which featured life-sized painted otter sculptured that were auctioned. Final proceeds will support otter research and student internships at Humboldt State University.
