The International Mayors Council on Homelessness, a partnership between DePaul University’s Ruff Institute of Global Homelessness in Chicago, USA, and The United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat), recently met in Paris and signed a joint declaration to work together to address homelessness.
